Order minimums begin at $100 + Shipping Cost

Scaffolds Supply will provide you with a written quotation, including the shipping charge. Orders will not be processed, and your credit card will not be charged, until you accept the Order Total (which will include Shipping Charges).

If you place your order online, Scaffolds Supply will email / call you with the Shipping Charge. Orders will not be processed, and your credit card will not be charged, until you accept the Order Total (which will include Shipping Charges).

Alternatively, orders may also be picked up at our Houston, TX warehouse. Once your order has been placed and inventory has been verified, we will call / email you with pick up time and availability. It can then be picked at:

Most orders will ship within one business days of being received once shipping charges have been accepted and payment received.

ETA's (estimated time of arrival) are provided to us by the carriers and do not include the day of pick up, weekends or holidays.

If your order is time sensitive, please inform us when placing your order, so that we can meet your shipping needs!

It is important to read over your invoice for discrepancies before your order ships.
Please note, that if the Shipping Address changes after your order has been shipped from the Scaffolds Supply / AAIT / Technocraft Scaffold Distribution warehouse, your order may be subject to the following charges:
- Re-consignment Fee
- Re-labeling Fee
- Additional Freight Charges

It is important to track your shipment using the Tracking Number provided, and contact the destination service terminal (or Scaffolds Supply) immediately, should a problem arise.
If an appointment for delivery has been scheduled, and the customer is not available to accept delivery, a "Re-Delivery Fee" will be assessed to your order if re-delivery needs to be made. Some carriers will allow a consignee to pick up at the local shipping terminal in lieu of a re-delivery.

It is important to return any and all phone calls from Scaffolds Supply and our carriers in a timely manner. If the carrier is unable to reach the customer, or the order is held at the carrier's facility, the customer may incur storage fees.

Any, and all damage must be documented on the Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to document damaged or missing items will absolve Scaffolds Supply / AAIT / Technocraft Scaffold Distribution and the shipping carrier of all responsibility and claims. Within 24 hours of delivery, please take pictures of damage, and the condition of your shipment, and email us .

Replacement of documented damaged or missing items will be re-shipped via standard LTL Common Carrier, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail (based on the product). Additional services or expedited service will require an additional charge.
